SPAN 303 - Spanish Conversation

Credits: (3)
Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Prerequisites: SPAN 222  or four to five years of Spanish in middle and high school or placement by examination.
Practice in communication skills in Spanish. Focused on speaking and listening skills. This class reviews grammar with opportunities for vocabulary acquisition while focusing on developing the student’s ability to converse on a broad range of topics. Comprehension of the role of culture in communicating and in understanding cultural differences. Study of authentic materials in Spanish.  It requires active participation from the students. Applied Learning (L) Designated Course. Taught in Spanish.
